国家主席习近平9月2日在2021年中国国际服务贸易交易会全球服务贸易峰会上发表视频致辞。习近平指出，中方愿同各方一道，坚持开放合作、互利共赢，共享服务贸易发展机遇，共促世界经济复苏和增长。

China will work with all other parties to uphold openness, cooperation, mutual benefit and win-win, share opportunities in the growth of services trade, and promote world economic recovery and growth, President Xi Jinping said on Sept 2. Xi made the remark in a video speech delivered at the Global Trade in Services Summit of the 2021 China International Fair for Trade in Services in Beijing.

【知识点】

根据世界贸易组织的界定，服务贸易有12大领域，包括商业服务、通讯服务、建筑及相关工程服务、金融服务、旅游及旅行相关服务、娱乐文化与体育服务、运输服务、健康与社会服务、教育服务、分销服务、环境服务及其他服务。

中国国际服务贸易交易会的前身是“京交会”，自2012年首届举办以来已9年。作为服务贸易领域的龙头展会，服贸会同广交会、进博会一起成为中国对外开放的三大展会。本届服贸会的主题是“数字开启未来，服务促进发展”。

我们将加强服务领域规则建设，支持北京等地开展国际高水平自由贸易协定规则对接先行先试，打造数字贸易示范区。

We will further improve rules for the services sector, by supporting Beijing and other localities in piloting the alignment of domestic rules with the ones in high-standard international free trade agreements and in building demonstration zones of digital trade.
