Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, president of the People's Republic of China, chairman of the Central Military Commission and head of the Central Commission for Comprehensively Deepening Reform, presided over the commission's 27th meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
